The initial consultation would take from 45 mins up to an hour. This is the only time where you talk about the issue or things you would like to improve. We would fill out some forms together and get to know about you in much more detail. I would also talk about our brain why we feel the symptoms we feel and how I can help you. At the end of the initial consultation; I would send you an MP3 recording which would help in our work alongside sessions.

During trance / hypnosis; I would use technique of repetition, suggestion and also use metaphors to encourage your subconscious mind to think and act in a positive way.
The number of sessions required varies from person to person.
Generally, the number of sessions required for solution focused hypnotherapy is between 8 - 12 after the initial consultation and sometimes more. Exceptions to this are sessions for fears & phobias and smoking/ vaping cessation.
